Hugh Millen is in once again as Dick is still on vacation. After all the hype, the panic, the flurry of opinions on both sides, the debate is over and the question has been answered. Russell Wilson late last night announced (somewhat awkwardly) on Twitter that he has reached a deal with the Seahawks. It is, of course, the biggest deal in NFL history, demonstrating that this is in fact his franchise now. After all of the rumors, all of the things supposedly argued for, the most logical contract is what we got. This deal could have been done months ago, but it looks liek teh Seahawks won. What does longtime Seahawk coach Mike Holmgren think of all this? He weighs in with his thoughts. Softy says he feels some level of pride knowing that one of our guys is the highest paid guy in the league, knowing full well it is all about timing. Does anyone else feel that way?
