It wasn't a great weekend for the Mariners, dropping three of four to the Yankees. They desperately need to win this week, preferably five of six at least, if they want to stay relevant. We've said many times that we aren't concerned about Jamal Adams' contract negotiations: a deal is going to get done. Should we be more worried about Duane Brown, though? Based on Pete Carroll's refusal to discuss the issue, and Russell Wilson's insistence that he needs to come back, we can infer that talks aren't going well.
