Kevin and Ian share some of their favorite St. Patrick's Day memories (or what they can remember of them anyway). It's no surprise that both remember Lower Queen Anne fondly. Hopefully with the Kraken, and the new arena we will see that neighborhood come to life again. The national media seems surprised that the Hawks didn't get a deal done with Chicago. Why? First of all, the power structure here seems to catch some off guard, but Pete Carroll having final say shouldn't come as that much of a surprise. Second of all, Chicago has no capital and no draft capital. Why would the Hawks make a deal with them? Texts react to everything we've discussed at 49451. Softy drops in before the afternoon show.
