It was one year ago today that Governor Inslee began implementing restrictions as the coronavirus began spreading in our state. We all know how quickly the world changed from there, and what has happened since then. Today, we're hoping for good news as we expect fans may be able to attend outdoor events in the future. This isn't over, but hopefully we're moving in the right direction. Gary Parrish remembers exactly where he was one year ago today. He tells his story, plus a look at present-day college basketball and how the virus is impacting it, and an explanation of a weird tournament rule this year that has the potential to cause all kinds of chaos. What happens if a tournament team is unable to play because of COVID? Leon Draisaitl gets his fourth career hat trick in a five point night as the Oilers crush the Senators 7-1. Our Something Good: Hope for fans in attendance on Opening Day at T-Mobile Park, and other outdoor events.
