There are more encouraging signs that a push for an NBA team is coming. Optics matter, and legacies matter to those in power, and nothing would make politicians look better than bringing back a beloved basketball team. As the year progresses, and the mayoral race heats up, keep an eye out for more discussion about bringing the Sonics back to Seattle. The tournament is now just six weeks away (theoretically). Filling us in on everything we need to know about college basketball is Gary Parrish who will join us every Thursday afternoon. We know it's basically Gonzaga and Baylor vs. everyone else in the country, but why does Gary have the Zags ranked number one? Tampa Bay scored five goals to easily defeat the Red Wins last night. We've got the highlights on the Daily Power Play. Bad news for DirecTV customers in Seattle, the satellite company currently isn't carrying any Cox TV channel, including KIRO 7.
