It's snowing! That's kind of obvious at this point, but it's creating havoc throughout the Puget Sound, so enjoy your infuriating drive by listening to us. The Sports Star of the Year awards were last night. Gardner Minshew was honored, and it reminded Ian how big of an impact he had on the Cougar program this year after the tragic passing of Tyler Hilinski. Sports can't heal all wounds completely, but they can make a difference in people's lives, lift spirits, and bring people together. While you're snowed in this weekend, you can enjoy the beginning of the AAF. Rules are a little different, and we go over them. Last night Ian spoke with Chris Hansen who is still pushing for the SoDo Arena. He's trying to get an NBA team, but realistically, the NHL Seattle guys probably have a leg up on being prepared.
