The off-the-court soap opera in the NBAnever stops, and Kevin Durant isn't handling it well (as usual). This has to be expected though in a league that's so player-centric. Dave Emerick, "Chief of Staff" for WSU football fills us in on the latest from Pullman, recruiting, Signing Day, and more. Dave Tippett dropped some hints about where Seattle's AHL affiliate might be, and it probably won't be in the Puget Sound Region. For the Junior League teams, that's great news, and it'll work out well for the fans as well. Players are drafted from the Junior League teams, and often play for them even after they've been drafted, so Seattle NHL fans will still get plenty of chances to see the future stars of the team as they play for the Thunderbirds, Silvertips, or other visiting WHL teams.
