There are still questions about the new arena, especially the location and transportation issues, but one thing is for sure; this new arena will be a world class arena. Key Arena was good, but it wasn't good enough. This arena will be. Ian caught up with NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman while in Georgia. It's clear that the NHL is excited to be coming here. While the hockey team is building from the ground up, the MLB team is tearing it all down to rebuild. The Mariners aren't tanking, or shouldn't be. Tanking may work in other sports but it doesn't work in baseball. Rebuilding on the other hand does sometimes need to happen, and that's where we are.
