We haven't spent much time talking about college basketball thus far this season, except for the occasional Husky or Cougar mention, but today we spend a few minutes on last night's Kansas - Kansas State brawl. Sure, sometimes you'll see some shoving, but when it goes into the stands? For its reputation, even NHL hockey doesn't get anywhere near that far, mainly because the league has legislated it out of the game. Baseball might want to take a cue from hockey on this, especially with the Astros scandal, and the guaranteed backlash from other players this year if the MLB doesn't pre-emptively put a stop to it. The Athletic's Mike Sando is at the Senior Bowl in Alabama, but he isn't scouting guys the way some are. We ask him what was learned about Aaron Rodgers in the NFC Championship, what the Titans will do with Derrick Henry, and how predictable was this Super Bowl pairing? Zion Williamson will make his debut in the NBA tonight. Attention seems ot be fading from the NBA this year, and it probably has a lot to do with the downfall of the Warriors. A player like Williamson is exactly what's needed right now. On Something Good, Larry Walker is in the Baseball Hall of Fame boosting the sport of baseball in British Columbia, and across Canada, plus Dwight Howard will be a part of this year's slam dunk contest.
