Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO 3) tells Dan Caplis about the resolution she is introducing on the U.S. House floor to recognize Emma Weyant as the rightful champion of the 500 meter freestyle race in NCAA women's swimming. Lia Thomas, a transgender woman born as a biological man, won the race with a time of 4 minutes, 33.24 seconds, defeating Weyant by just 1.75 seconds.
