Instead of falling victim to the quick reaction in which we tear down Baker Mayfield for his off the field antics and the way he’s failed to live up to the shameless league-wide promotion, let’s just take Monday Night’s performance for what it is, one player surrounded by only marginal talent still adapting to the faster speed and better opposition in the NFL.
