We interview a young professional couple and discuss their perceptions of the balance of power between the sexes and pressures at work. Women are being pressured to 'have it all' with no understanding whatsoever of natural biology and innate strengths which should always be played to if one is to seek and achieve self optimization. That's why more women are suffering stress and depression and there has been a 20% increase in self harm ok no the last 10 years.
