Welcome to This Edition of RiversZen Today for Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019
The news of the day: The holidays are behind us. A great new year ahead of us. Every day, every moment, is a clean slate representing the perfect time to start fresh; but the New Year is generally the one that seems to have the most impact on us. What do you want to do this year? Are you finally ready to make a change in your life for whatever the reason you have been stressing? If you are not quite sure how to start feel free to schedule a private with one of our trainers. Sometimes it is just hard to figure out where to begin. Which comes first, the chicken or the egg? Sometimes it is very hard to say. The answer is most often where are you willing to begin? For some it might be a line in the sand . . . no more sugar . . . or I will walk every single day. For others a more gradual, more lenient path . . . I will go to class twice a week. Which one are you? It can begin with just a phone call. Generally, the key is setting yourself up for success. Whether you have a plan in mind for your own self-directed path or you wish to schedule an assessment or want to sign up for the Ultimate Healing, Health and Fitness Platinum Monthly Membership, don’t hesitate to let us help you.
