Welcome to This Edition of RiversZen Today for Monday, November 5th, 2018

The news of the day: Last week our focus was on upper body. This week we will be fine tuning that a bit more and concentrate on our abs. We will be learning what makes them different than other muscles. How they are connected? Did you realize that when you stretch your arm up to put something on the top shelf you are stretching your abs? How you move the rest of your body impacts your abdominals as they are connected directly and indirectly to every other part of your body. They help you cough, breathe, talk and sing. We will learn more about abdominal weakness and separation. And it will give each of us an opportunity to become more acquainted with our abs . . . did I say that out loud, I’m sure Kim didn’t hear that!
