The news of the day: One last time to say thank you for yesterday. David, Kim, Pink and I had a lot of fun with Pound, Move and Sweat. It was a class filled with new as well as familiar faces, laughter and disco, core and glutes, drumming and squats and it all made the storm outside become less of an issue for a short while. And to add more to the family time, our grandson, Devin, made the muffins for munching after the class. We may have to do this more often. It was the first time the three of us did a class together. Back to our regular class schedule today.
