L.A. Blackwell, Danny, and Flau start the show off by discussing the recent dismissal of Phil Jackson, as President of the New York Knicks and what does it mean for the future of the New York Knicks organization! They also review some of their top choices, to fill the now vacant role of president of the New York Knicks!

During the "NBA & Sporting News Weekly Review" segment, the fellas review some of the major trades that have recently occurred, on the eve of the free agency bonanza, such as:
- The major trade between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Houston Rockets, involving Chris Paul being traded for Patrick Beverly, Lou Williams and plethora of other players and a protected first round pick draft pick next year and cash considerations!
- As well as the major trade involving the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Indiana Pacers in which, Paul George was traded for Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis!
- Moreover, Ricky Rubio formerly of the Minnesota Timberwolves, was finally traded to the Utah Jazz for a top-14 protected 2018 first round pick!

Moreover, the guys give a full review of some of the major free agent signings and trade rumors regarding players such as:
- Blake Griffin
- Serge Ibaka
- Kyle Lowry
- Jrue Holiday
- Jeff Teague
- Patty Mills
- Joe Ingles
- Andre Iguodala
- Taj Gibson
- and many more!

- In addition, they speculate about what potential free agency moves they would like to see the New York Knicks make during this off season, a proposed DeAndre Jordan deal that would benefit both the Celtics and the Clippers, and they give an added bonus segment regarding the CP3 trade and Paul George trade!

Lastly, the guys give their take on the NBA Awards show that recently took place, and review the show as a whole, as well as debate about whom should have really won and lost on that particular night!
