"Watching the news these days I would swear I was back in 1968. That was the last time there was this much self-destructive, violent protest in the country. In the Sixties it was
anti-war, anti-authority, anti-police and anti-America. Sounds a lot like today. This time, however, there is no “tune in, turn on and drop out”, no Flower Power and no Free Love. Today’s protests are different. They are really a revolt against the entrenched entitlement the Progressives have enjoyed these last 8 years. This has nothing to do with trying to change society for the better. This is really about not changing at all. It is about staying the hard Left course the country has been on for the last 8 years."
