Rabbi Dovid Rosenbaum has served in the Greater Washington Rabbinate since 2000, first as Rabbi of Congregation Am Hatorah in Bethesda and since 2005 at Young Israel Shomrai Emunah of Greater Washington in Silver Spring. He became the Rabbi of YISE in 2010. He served as Secretary of the Vaad Harabanim from 2006 to 2012, Interim Director from 2012 to 2013, and President from 2013 until 2015.
Rabbi Rosenbaum is a musmach of the Yeshiva of Greater Washington and was a close talmid of Harav Gedaliah Anemer, zt”l, serving as his Assistant Rabbi at YISE for almost five years.
