Thanks, I've listened to the old grounding and protection show that was released a few years back. Havnt listened to it recently. I'll have to go back and listen to it again. I'm listening to the from Russia with love series again. In my version of it. I surround myself in a white light 360° even below me. Then I'll do the same in my mind for each of my kids and then I do a big one around the whole house as we go to bed at night. Even if it drains my life force energy it's for good purpose. They've been through enough losing their mother. I know what you meant about not being shocked, it seems the same story plays out over and over with that stuff. I'm here for them, the best I can. They got their training wheels off their bikes yesterday. And I'm teaching them how to shoot guns and fish. We have a couple huge ponds that were old dirt pits my grandfather dug. Drugs in general destroyed my family, my soon to be ex wife couldn't stop as much as I tried to help and went from being a housewife to going into the streets for it and leaving with me three small girls to raise. It came out of left field kinda of we both listened to this show for years, I guess she didn't take it as seriously. And I truly believe she had/has what we call walkins here. She completely changed. Anyways I have things to work through, I'm ok I pick up the pieces and do the best I can. Im worried about my daughter's and positive females in their lives. As I am only one half a balance. I'm going to have to make a mewe and join the group so I can talk with you and other members. I erased social media several years back. Congrats candice on getting sober, I know it is hard. I still have shadow work to do. I kicked the hard stuff and the plant. Now just tapering down off my rx. They really do make you a different person. As far as smoking, I plan on growing my own tobacco plants next year so it's not sprayed with hundreds of chemicals
