Suggestion: less negative national and global news on these podcasts, and more action reports, local action suggestions, and much shorter length (half an hour max). And thank you for your news channel UNN, it appears to be a very succinct, up-to-date outlet for news - I've found it challenging to f ind succinct national and global news I can spend only 5 min's on per day and get the gist of daily news, without lengthy commentary. Your UNN appears to be the best I've found in two years of looking.

Hello would someone advise me how I can listen to these shows and be able to rewind or fast forward it myself instead of only being able to begin at a song with no ability to fast forward a few seconds or back up a few seconds to hear something again without having to start it all over again?
