#PortholetoJustice Congress is about to set the First Amendment on fire. Later this month they will vote on the Intel Authorization Act. Why is that a problem? They slipped Section623 in there. This section would label #Wikileaks a "Non State Hostile Intel Service". If this passes it could be used to go after all independent media as well as the people using these media as a news source. It could be used to go after journalists covering Wikileaks revelations and subsequently those reporting on any kind of government corruption. It would be able for those in power to use this to spy even more on American people. If passed this would be an extreme danger to #FreePress and #FreeSpeech.
