Allow parents the right to due process and the ability to produce evidence of their innocence if such exists. 3)Transparency - stop the unconstitutional gag orders on parents and the twisting of the confidentiality laws to bully victims of DHR/CPS/DSFS/DCS corruption into silence and shroud the unethical and often illegal acts by officials in a veil of secrecy.
