2018 RubADickies - Vote at ufobusterradio.com November 10th through November 30th. http://ufobusterradio.com/2018-rubadickies Elon Musk: Ticket to Mars will cost about $200,000 Article Link: https://bigthink.com/technology-innovation/elon-musk-cost-spacex-ticket The CEO once said a self-sustaining Mars colony won't work if it's wildly expensive for each person to make the voyage. Musk has said that he wants to keep the per-ticket cost of traveling to Mars roughly equivalent to the cost of a house in the U.S. SpaceX plans to send a cargo mission to Mars in 2022, followed by a manned mission in 2024. Musk said there's a 70% chance he'll travel to Mars. A recent survey suggests most Americans aren't quite as adventurous. A ticket to the red planet aboard a SpaceX rocket will likely cost "a couple hundred thousand dollars," according to CEO Elon Musk. Elon Musk Denies That SpaceX's Mars Colony Will Be a Ticket Out for the Rich Article link: https://gizmodo.com/elon-musk-denies-that-spacexs-mars-colony-will-be-a-tic-1830640399 Billionaire Elon Musk has said it’ll run potential Mars inhabitants traveling with his company SpaceX hundreds of thousands of dollars to get there. But in a new interview, he rejected the assertion that a one-way ticket to Mars is an easy ticket out for the rich. Speaking at the International Astronautical Congress in Guadalajara, Mexico last year, Musk said that he aimed to base the cost of the trip around the median price of a house in the U.S. “You cannot create a self-sustaining civilization if the ticket price is $10 billion per person,” he said. “If we can get the cost of moving to Mars to be roughly equivalent to a median house price in the United States, which is around $200,000, then I think the probability of establishing a self-sustaining civilization is very high.  WIRED Online Mars Lander Game: https://www.wired.com/story/try-landing-insight-on-mars-without-exploding/ Show Stuff TeePublic Store - Get your UBR goodies today! http://tee.pub/lic/2GQuXxn79dg UBR Trurh Seekers Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/216706068856746 Manny Moonraker: https://www.facebook.com/MannyMoonraker/ UFO Buster Radio: https://www.facebook.com/UFOBusterRadio YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCggl8-aPBDo7wXJQ43TiluA Google Plus Manny’s Updated Google+ Profile: https://plus.google.com/u/0/+MannyMoonraker To contact Manny: manny@ufobusterradio.com, or on Twitter @ufobusterradio  Call the show anytime at (972) 290-1329 and leave us a message with your point of view, UFO sighting, and ghostly experiences or join the discussion on www.ufobusterradio.com For Skype Users: bosscrawler
