What is a Scorecard for Success?
Step 1: This first step, in the beginning, is to begin!
Step 2: Identify 5-Scorecard Categories and a maximum of 3 scorecards.
Step 3: Put a weekly goal on each category.
Step 4: Assign each goal to a department and the team members in that department.
Step 5: Assign a Scorecard keeper.
Step 6: Use the Scorecard each week.
Step 7: Review the Scorecard.
