Regina Radisic is the founder and studio director of Studio 90° in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands and was a dancer for over 20 years. She has incorporated Pilates into her everyday training since she was 16 years of age. She considers herself a ‘movement expert' with a diverse background. Her curiosity and enthusiasm has driven her to explore and accumulate information from various forms to refine her knowledge about the body and its mechanics. She is fully certified in Pilates, both in mat and equipment thru the internationally recognized Physical Mind Institute (PMI). Her specific training style focuses on improving clients' ‘body awareness.'
