This week’s Harness Racing Alumni Show’s special guest is Wayne Pacelle, the former CEO of The Humane Society and the founder of the Animal Wellness Action. His captivating dialogue provides compelling and informative points about the upcoming Horseracing Integrity & Safety Act legislation which has thus far been ignored and/or rejected by many U.S. trotting officials.
