For over two decades, David Smith has effectively ministered throughout the United States and around the world. He is currently serving as the Senior Pastor of Oak Park Church of God in Mobile, Alabama. Pastor David is leading the Oak Park congregation in a pursuit of God’s glory and a desire to reach the lost with a vision to “Love, Grow, Serve”. His passionate and unique style of ministry blends a relevant preaching of God’s Word with a powerful anointing for deliverance and breakthrough.

His Gospel message of hope and healing resonates with a generation hurting and disappointed by the setbacks of life. His personal vision is, “To make someone else’s life better in the name of Jesus.” He has a special passion to mentor other ministers and assist other pastors in bringing revitalization to their church and community.

He has served on numerous leadership capacities and ministry boards, including: District Overseer, State Council, State Evangelism Board, State Youth Board, World Missions Board, International Ministry to the Military Board, and many others.

Pastor David maintains that his greatest honor and responsibility in life is to enjoy time with his wife Kim and their 3 children and son in law: Ashley, Austin and Bethany, Andrea and John with two grandkids, Titus and Psalm.
