When I think of the people that have made a huge impact on my coaching in the strength and conditioning world Mike "D" is at the top of the list. If it weren't for Mike and his coaching my Crossfit Journey might not have ever happened. I met Mike in the fall of 2010 and his passion and drive was so infectious that I was willing to drive 90 minutes to train with him and learn from him. LIke I said if it wasn't for MIke I may never have set of on this journey that has taken me all over the country. Enjoy!!!
