The Army is switching from lead bullets in many small caliber arms to "environmentally friendly" rounds in 2014, even through the stopping power of the "green" bullets is already being questioned. Also, the Senate voted Thursday November 21 2013, 52-48, to end the filibuster rule for all executive and judicial appointments except for Supreme Court nominees.
