Russell Chamberlain, LCSW is a clinical social worker and parent of twin teenagers. He is the owner of LifeSTREAM Therapy LLC in Portland, OR. As a experiential behavioral health therapist Russell uses a range of approaches both in the office and outdoors, including Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, mindfulness, Collaborative Problem Solving, biofeedback, drumming, climbing walls and challenge "ropes" course activities. He provides individual and group therapy and workshops for ages 12 and up, couples and families. Working with folks in recovery from addiction and health care professionals dealing with compassion fatigue is a focus as well. Russell has supported others learning, growth and healing in a variety of settings from the classroom, outpatient offices to the wilderness for 30 years.
