I tested on Wednesday - 1st reading after eating keto/carnivore was 7.9 then went up to 8.8 over 2 hours after consuming potato starch.

The yogurt maker I use.

Certain foods seem to decrease and raise - dairy like heavy whipping cream. I had an iced coffee with heavy whipping cream- went from 8.6 - 6.5 over 2 hours.
Milk seems to raise it tho…
I’ve made 2 batches of yogurt. - tastes like sour cream. I’ve mixed it with jello and fruit so far.

Taking curcumin 2xs daily - haven’t noticed symptoms
What I find most important - my secrets:

  1. Figure out my why and let it brew.
  2. Decide on macronutrient ratio - carb manager
    1. Keep carbs lowest in the morning
    2. Perfect Health Diet
      1. Carbs- 20%, Fat- 65%, Protein- 15%
    3. Keto
      1. Carbs- 5%, fat- 60%, Protein- 35%
      2. carbs- limit, protein- goal, fat- up or down depending on goals
  3. Meal plan (every week)
    1. 1 dessert
    2. 2 meat and 2 sides - cook for an army
    3. Get creative with seasoning and sauces
  4. Clean house - remove temptation
  5. Don't fear fat or calories during the first week or 2. - focus on just eating unprocessed low carb/starch foods
