When I lost much of my identity and all mobility, a guided Yoga Nidra practice was able to reconnect me to inner peace. The abilities that once came naturally were no longer possible and sitting with myself became more and more difficult. Nidra invited me to let go of the version of myself I had been before cancer and supported me on my new journey of self actualization and acceptance. I hope this short practice leaves you felling even 10% better than you were before you started.
