Welcome, we will focus on deeply relaxing the body, releasing tension and stagnant energy, while tapping into the energetic body; cleansing the heart, mind, and soul. Similar to spring cleaning for your home, this class will be an opportunity to clear out any emotional and mental clutter that may be weighing you down.
Through guided meditation and visualization techniques, you will be invited to connect with your breath, relax your physical body, and become aware of the sensations in your energetic body. By bringing awareness to the subtle body, we can release any blockages that may be inhibiting the flow of vital energy throughout the body.
As you become more relaxed, you will be guided through a series of affirmations and visualizations to help you release any negative emotions or beliefs that are no longer serving you. You will be invited to let go of any attachments or expectations and allow yourself to simply be present in the moment.
At the end of the class, you will emerge feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, with a greater sense of clarity and calm. This yoga nidra practice is a powerful tool for promoting overall well-being and can be a helpful addition to any self-care routine.
