Malcolm Struthers, Mind Your Head project manager and hypnotherapist, chats to a variety of people related to the campaign. In this episode Malcolm chats with Clare Shaw.

Clare is a poet and performer, tutor, and trainer. Clare has three published poetry collections with a new one on the way, works with a range of literary organisations, and is the co-director of the Kendal Poetry Festival. Clare also works as a mental health trainer and has taught and published widely on this topic.
