This past Saturday in Ludlow, Kentucky, a new Northern Wrestling Federation Women’s Champion was crowned.  On this episode, she was kind enough to let us interview her.  We are very excited to welcome Ella to the show!  She told us all about her career, what it’s like being a mom and a wrestler, and the origin of the scream!
