This is not PD! It is not a requirement - it is an invitation to communication, collaboration, and innovation. It is a starting point for transformation. It is a mind bender that invites you to think about education and your role in it in new ways that defy the standard of yesterday and make room for greater things today. It should cause you to pause, to wonder, to imagine, to transform! Let’s empower each other to become a campus community that upholds the inherent dignity of every member of our school family. We will not announce Big Changes to our campus on Nap Thief, but we will lay the foundation for the successful implementation of collaboratively made decisions that are designed to nurture a community of belonging, social-emotional growth, and academic success among our students.
