On the fifth episode of Local Talent: The Entrepreneur’s Handbook, host Jason Setzer sits down with fellow entrepreneur and Texas-based city councilor Kevin Hadas for a wide-ranging and light-hearted discussion on business, burnout, work-life balance, and being an entrepreneur.

Kevin begins by talking about his own website design business, Cartwheel Communications, which he founded in the middle of the 2008 recession. Although he had an excellent support system and initially had some financially successful months, he still faced many challenges to get the business to where it’s at today.
