Civil Communication Skills (Diplomacy) and Respectfully agreeingt to disagree while also being open minded enough to understand anothers point of veiw when it does not necessarily agree with your understanding, as long as their alternate outlook at least makes since are all important and key skills to aquire that can only benefit any situation, Relationship or person involved. not only that but these skills can save your life, have won and ended Wars and disputes since the beginning of time, and how not posessing these presious skills can become your own dimise. these are just My own personal thoughts and Hypothesis that dirive from my own personal life experiance, also others experiances I've observed. throw in a little common since and basic morality and there you have it.
