In the second episode of the Navitas in Conversation podcast, I speak to INSPIRE Award winner Darrell Ellams and Paul Richards who nominated Darrell for this award. Darrell won 'The Intrapreneur Award', which is an award that represents the Navitas' value of 'Adventure'. It recognises those who generate positive outcomes for staff, students, our partners or the wider business through creativity, progressive thinking and innovation.

Darrell and Paul's college, Brunel University London Pathway College in the UK, also won one of our two INSPIRE team awards, the 'Performance Improvement' award, which recognises outstanding performance by an entire college or campus that has driven improvement, with focus on student and staff experience and marketing campaigns.
