Disclaimer: we do not in any way align our values with those who initiated the truck convoy. We do not support the white/extremist groups, desecration of national monuments, and other heinous acts of hate crime that came about during this convoy.
As nurses and as human beings with rights and choices, we have mixed feelings with the actual intent of the truck convoy, which is protesting against mandating COVID-19 vaccines for truckers who cross the border between Canada and US. This is a touchy subject as it does intertwine personal values and beliefs with political views. Join in our discussion on our instagram @foggedupglassesxmm with your opinions.
