After last year’s sudden shift to remote work because of the pandemic, we’re on the brink of another great disruption: The move to Hybrid Work - a blended model where some employees return to the workplace and others continue to work from home – and for many something in between.

But how do we decide who should work remotely and who needs to come in? – and how often? Can we keep our company cultures? What could our future office landscape look like? And, to which extent can hybrid work be an asset for companies trying to attract the best talents or compose a diverse workforce?
