Becoming – Husband Know Your Wife, Men Set the Tone Part 2, Tackle the Text with Pastor Keion Henderson
In this episode of Becoming with Angelina Watkins, Angelina continues to break down the nuggets of Tackle the Text episode titled Pursuit of Happiness in a Relationship.
Men set the tone and the woman creates the atmosphere. Pastor Moore advised men to know your woman. Dwell with her with understanding because she is a reflection of the husband. Go back and look into her past to understand who she is. If she has anxiety, where did it come from? Does it run in the family?
It is important for the man/husband to be attune to his woman/wife. Understand who she is and how she operates. If you have a good woman, she is there to support you. Marriage is a partnership and she is there to make things easy. But many times because the man doesn’t understand the woman, he mistakes her good intentions for something bad.
Marriage is not a dictatorship where the man makes all the rules and decisions. Husband and wife are to submit to each other. The husband can do his part and the wife can do her part which is to increase and multiply. That is partnership.
