Achievement at any age is still an achievement. So many of us are sinking in depressions due to self and societal expectations that are all tied around a given time. You want to be a C.E.O by 30, married with at least one kid by 25, Built a house, or graduated by a given age. So I want to cause a discussion on who set this precedence and why we still follow it. Why do we put ourselves under the pressure of time like life's everyday hurdles aren't enough for us.

Let us stop the mentality of ageism. At whatever age you are rewarded with an achievement take it with grace and say to your self I made it to the finish line because in the end, it's all that matters.
