On November 29, 2020, Tchicaya Marie Williams became a victim of a shooting inside her mother's home in Clovis, New Mexico. Investigators marked the case as inactive less than 6 months after the shooting, even after family members handed over viable leads to law enforcement.

Family is still seeking justice.
