APBA Hall of Famer Greg Barath is perhaps the most prolific APBA Football replayer the game has known. Continually refining his method, Greg has been publishing his methods, results and tutorials for more than 15 years on his blog, YouTube and Delphi's Between The Lines forum. Having joined the ranks of the most illustrious names in APBA in 2016's HoF induction ceremony, Barath is tackling a new challenge: Coaching the New England Patriots for the 2021 season of Ohio's venerable National Card Football League. At the time of this interview, the league had just completed its draft, leading Greg to begin contemplating his face-to-face strategy. Meantime, his solitaire play methodology grows in legend; Greg has helped countless players share his passion for the game. But as he's quick to point out, the game is meant to be enjoyed at every player's desired level of complexity: Played basic out of the box or customized to any degree, APBA Football retains its unique place in the universe of board games replicating pro, college (and in some cases, even high school) football. And although relocated to the Pacific Northwest, Greg already had his tickets and hotel reservations for the 2021 annual APBA Convention in Alpharetta.
