She has 15 years Professional experience on Journalism, Campaigning and Advocacy on a wide range of issues including Women and Girls' Right Reporting, Right based programme on Women Empowerment and Financial support, Socio-politico security and Conflict Management, Diplomacy and International Relations.She double as Director of Operations for Oxygen Media Zambia, Co-Founder Jakhafre Foundation in South Africa and Co-Director KhadiVera Communications Pty, Johannesburg South Africa.In the beginning of 2017 she is sitting as a member of Board of Directors for Academy of Strategic Management Ltd which operates across Africa and HQ in London.Prior to funding EDGE she worked in two continents and  in 25 African countries  as Development Expert and International Campaigner. She worked with Sankofa Netherlands, Gender Ministry(ries)Ghana, Zambia, Botswana etc, ACDI VOCA,  Farm Radio, Oxfam Netherlands & Plan International Ghana.Khadija is a Ghanaian born & speaks over 10 local languages of the continent.
