If you think adoption may be the right path to parenthood for you, there are three options; private adoption, adoption through the foster care system, and international adoption. David and Lauren also discuss Spence Chapin's wonderful initiative, The Granny Program, which pairs children in orphanages in South Africa with a grandparent-figure who can give them one-on-one attention until they are placed with their forever families.
