More and more people are talking about imposter syndrome, but it’s not new. Imposter syndrome is simply self-doubt and the fear that you are not measuring up. It’s what we think about ourselves and the stories we tell ourselves that convinces us that we are not good enough, worthy enough, or talented enough.

The stories we tell ourselves are the ones we will believe, and often, we judge ourselves more than anyone else will ever do. Every day we wake up, we tell ourselves a story that is either serving us or holding us back from becoming who we’re meant to be. However, the good news is you can rewrite your story to change your life.

If it’s your story that is holding you back, you need to rewrite your story by creating new habits and patterns that will support a story that will propel you forward. Rewriting your story is about changing your talk and implementing it by walking your talk.

In this episode, I share my experience preparing for the 500th milestone episode and how to overcome imposter syndrome and walk your talk.
