Lisa Mazur is an artist and designer originally from Western New York. She spent many years studying art and living in the New York City area and is now based in Berkeley, CA.Influenced by her extensive background in graphic design, Lisa creates bright, colorful, eye-catching images with a focus on pop-culture, nature, architecture and all things beautiful. Lisa views her painting style as an extension of her graphic design approach of breaking objects down into simple shapes. But with her paintings, the magic happens with the watercolor inks and putting brush to paper to see where the colors spread and blend to create truly unique results.

In addition to her art, Lisa is the founder of Lisa Mazur Design, a multidisciplinary design company. She is also host of the Happy Brainstorm podcast where she talks with inspiring creatives in all walks of life about their unique journeys.
