Lisa believes the best gift we can give to ourselves and each other is our presence, and that we become more present and available through healing our personal trauma. Lisa has always been curious, spending her life in self-exploration and seeking to understand human behavior. With the creation of One Breath Institute, Lisa brings forth her vision for how we can heal through introspective practices, guided by the breath. Breath has been at the foundation of her personal and professional work from the beginning; once she discovered conscious connected breathwork, she discovered how all-encompassing the breath is. It is the piece that brings the entire puzzle together--as we return to wholeness many other practices support our healing journey.
